About the Role
We are on the hunt for a talented Telemarketing Executive to support the senior management team in one of Glasgow’s most successful Print & Design businesses. This is not your ordinary run-of-the-mill Telemarketing role. This is a part-time position, which will offer a significant amount of flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a small sales team with specific accountability for developing market awareness of a brand-new product, which has recently been developed by the client.

The work environment is professional, friendly and relaxed with great offices right in the heart of Glasgow city-centre. As Telemarketing Executive your primary responsibility will be to provide qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team, to generate new business.
About the Person
For this Telemarketing position, it is essential that you have a successful track record of outbound sales, that you are numbers driven and able to demonstrate your abilities to manage the sales process for generating a successful pipeline of current and future business. Above all, you will be hungry to succeed with a natural enthusiasm for working in a sales environment. You will already understand that to succeed in a challenging sales role, you will be a great communicator, inquisitive by nature and have a natural empathy in dealing with a broad range of people.
The role offers the opportunity to work in a friendly and professional office environment with the opportunity to make a direct and immediate impact on the business reporting directly to the Managing Director. If you are working in a larger, high volume Telesales environment, then this role might offer you a refreshing change and the opportunity to be more directly involved in the success of a great company. About the Job
Your primary responsibilities as Telemarketing Executive will be to generate new prospect leads by telephone, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business. You will also engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level to identify new and emerging opportunities as well as building effective relationships with potential clients and existing customers, by use of appropriate questioning and language. Furthermore, you will be responsible for dealing appropriately with queries received via the telephone, email, face-to-face and provide written or oral responses as appropriate.
The salary for the Telemarketing position is flexible depending on your skills and capabilities, but your expectations should be in the circa £20k to £22k (Pro-Rata) region.
