Temporary Customer Service Administrator

Location: Antrim BT41 4LY

Salary: £10.09 per hour

About the Job

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join our client in the distribution industry on a temporary basis. Specialising in supply chain management services, our client has experience in over 100 industries and distribute multiple supply management solutions.

As Customer Service Administrator, you will be an internal Sales Representative in a team dedicated to building the Company's business. You will take ownership and deal effectively with all customer requirements through the recognised Company Quality Procedure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with general customer queries
  • Giving a high level of technical support
  • Making sure all record keeping and documentation is carried out to the highest standards and is fully in accordance with Company systems and procedure
  • To provide support to the Procurement function and any task to be carried out to the highest standard
  • Sales Administration tasks to be carried out to the highest level and in a timely manner
  • To liaise and work with the external sales team on developing and monitoring the development of your sales accounts

About the Person

As the ideal candidate for the Customer Service Administrator position, you will have strong administrative experience with the ability to deliver excellent customer service. You will have excellent PC skills and be comfortable delivering a high level of technical support.
