We are on the hunt for a talented Recruiter to take join our rapidly growing recruitment business just outside Glasgow city-centre. This is a new role which has arisen because of our ongoing success and unprecedented levels of business.

We are currently in our fourth year of operation having demonstrated continued growth and record levels of turnover this year to date. If you are looking for a well-established, blue-chip recruitment business with a process for everything including how to tie your shoelaces, then we’re probably not for you. However, if you’re looking for an exciting challenge in a smaller business with huge potential and excellent flexible working options, then we could be a great option for the right candidate.
About the Person
To be successful as a Recruiter in this role you will need to be well organised with a natural empathy for dealing with different types of people. It will be important that you can demonstrate an ability to adapt to different situations and personalities; one day you may be working on overseas aircraft technician roles and the next you might be working on a reception position in Glasgow city-centre.
Another characteristic which you’ll have in abundance is an inquisitiveness and keenness to find out important details from candidates and clients to help find the right fit for each job. The ideal candidate will already be operating within an existing agency and looking for a new challenge. You might also be operating as an Internal Recruiter and looking for a more flexible work environment or to test your abilities in a different sector.
Your primary responsibilities as Recruiter will be to establish resourcing requirements through consulting with clients and working closely with internal customers. A key objective will be to ensure there is sufficient talent pipeline for each of the job sectors that we operate, this will involve close communication with potential candidates, regular liaison with clients and developing a broad variety of sources for candidate attraction.
We do have an expectation that the candidate will be comfortable with the various social media channels for advertising and attracting candidates including Facebook, Linked-In, Instagram and Twitter. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience with all channels, just as long as you can demonstrate that you have your finger on the pulse in some.
The salary for this Recruiter role will be circa £20k-£24k depending on skills and experience. This is an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door with a rapidly growing organisation.
