Naval Instructor – Weapons Engineering


About the Role

We are searching for a skilled Weapons Engineering Instructor to join our high-profile client in the defence sector based in the Middle East. The primary purpose of this role is to provide training to Naval Students in the maintenance and operation of their ships and military equipment. As a Weapons Engineering Instructor, you will deliver training specific to the role of Fire Control Technician, and Electronics Technician. Specifically, you will train in maintenance and operation of ships weapons systems and their communication systems.



You are likely to be considered a suitable candidate for this role if you have the following:

  • Graduate of an advanced military trade school or industry equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the role of Weapons Engineering Technician.
  • Expertise in the maintenance, diagnosing, and repair of complex sensors and weapons systems.
  • Have recent instructional experience (ideally within the last 2 years) and have completed an accredited Instructional Techniques course.
