Naval Instructor – Information Systems

About the Role

We are searching for a skilled Information Systems Instructor to join our high-profile client in the defence sector based in the Middle East. The primary purpose of this role is to provide training to Naval Students in the maintenance and operation of their ships and military equipment. As Information Systems Instructor, you will deliver training specific to the role of Information Systems Technician. Specifically, you will train operation of communications and IT equipment, monitoring, managing, configuring, testing and maintaining ship borne IT systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

You are likely to be considered a suitable candidate for this role if you have the following:

• Graduate of an advanced military trade school or industry equivalent.
• Previous experience in the role of Information System Technician.
• Expertise in managing information using communications and network information systems.
• Have recent instructional experience (ideally within the last 2 years) and have completed an accredited Instructional Techniques course.
• Hold a City & Guilds ICT Systems and Principles qualification or equivalent.

This Information Systems Instructor opportunity offers an attractive tax-free package inclusive of the following:

• Circa £40k basic salary.
• Pension allowance (9%).
