Temp to Perm – Administrator

Location – Paisley

Hourly rate £10.50

Working hours 8am – 5pm

Are you and experienced Administrator who is available to start work with immediate effect? If so please have a read below….

Our client based in Paisley are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their well-established, busy and fast paced team.  The business has been established since 1970 and has an excellent reputation through their particular industry for their excellent customer service, professional and reliable service.

Responsibilities:  Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing customer orders and samples
  • Duty paid order processing
  • Liaising with HMRC
  • Arranging courier shipments
  • Collating monthly stock reports
  • Setting up new client accounts
  • Booking in client orders
  • Processing delivery orders
  • Updating various business records
  • Answering client calls and emails
  • Reactive response to client queries
  • Providing excellent level of customer service

Requirement

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Experience with processing orders
  • Warehouse admin experience would be preferable but not essential
  • PC literate
